Recently I stumbled upon Daily Mobile forums and found this nice app for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and other Symbian S60v3. So basically this is an app that allows its user to see who’s calling them. Doesn’t sound like it is a special app? well, this free app is able to let the phone owner to know who’s calling them EVEN if they do not have the number saved on their Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. Now that is what I call cool 
The freeware TrueCaller is currently available in more than 20 countries and it works on the background and activates when you receive calls or SMS. One more thing, you need to have access to 3G network to get all the freeware’s goodness
Anyway,here is how the Truecaller free app works:
- You receive a phone call from a number that is not saved in your phone book
- TrueCaller searches for the number in our databases
- If TrueCaller finds the number it will be displayed on your screen. If number is not found you will be prompted, “No matches found…”
- When phone call has ended TrueCaller will ask you if you want to save the caller to your phone book (if the caller is found)

PS: they promised us that more countries will be supported. Isn’t that great? They also said that even though it was initially made for Symbian S60v3, it also works on Symbian S60v5 and Windows MObile! Great huh? IF that is not enough, they posted an image of “iPhone, coming soon”… So this is a good news for all
